Monsoon Season

Monsoon Seasons in Arizona are fantastic! The thunder and lightening are spectacular. The one thing that happens is that we forget in the spring to check for leaks in doors and windows, and then they take us by surprise when the water starts pooling. In one case that I know of personally into the bedroom and saturating the wall to wall carpet while homeowners were out of town.

Don’t let your seasons be ruined by little surprises.
Be sure to check your doors and windows, and come along to Architectrual Elements for all your door and window needs.
